Jodie Vargas

Jodie joined the IEM team in the spring of 2017. Her talents and skills in customer service and organization have served her well in her previous career in the airline industry and as an independent contractor with over 25 years of customer service experience . She brings to IEM an excellent sense of clear organization which serves the customers well in making sure they receive information and answers in a timely manner.    

When Jodie is not assisting customers and finding solutions, she enjoys fishing, being outdoors or cooking for friends and family.
