The Meaning of Leadership by John Hassler

John Hassler and his team were recently in Seymour, CT at the Basement Systems Convention, a yearly event dedicated to provide educational, business and networking opportunities to CleanSpace and Basement Systems dealers from all over the country.
While his production, sales, marketing and administrative teams were attending training sessions, John Hassler was learning about the latest processes, technologies and strategies among other company owners. 

He also took the time to sit with the video production team, and speak briefly about Leadership, and what it means to Indoor Environmental Management, Inc. to lead the way when it comes to indoor air quality, crawl space encapsulation technologies and basement waterproofing in Tallahassee, FL. 

“Leadership means projecting the values, goals and principles of good business to all the people you work with, all of your colleagues and, of course, that you do business for” – explains John. “We try to make sure that everybody understands that we are a client based group, and that they come first. They have a choice and they’ve chosen us. We want to be worthy of that choice”.
