Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Exterior Waterproofing Job in Tallahassee, FL (Midtown)

The IEM crew excavated the exterior soil to a level that exposed the tip and face of the footer along the front and sides of the home. They cleaned the wall surface and repaired damaged mortar. A waterproofing membrane was applied to the exterior wall surface. French drains were installed to collect and dischage the unwanted water. Finally, they backfilled with material and rough grade -- as if nothing was ever done!

After fully cleaning the exterior walls and damaged mortar, Carlos and Crew applied HLM5000 Elastomeric Waterproofing Membrane along the front and both sides of the home.

French Drain Installation

French Drains were installed at the base of the excavated wall to collect and discharge the water at an appropriate area for the site.
