Sealant

First, we dug trenches along the three of the exterior walls, thoroughly cleaned the walls and then applied HLM 5000 sealant.

Cleaning

We cleaned the newly exposed area of wall and foundation after digging trenches along exterior walls. After the debris and dirt are removed we are able to ensure that an applied waterproofing material will adhere directly to the exterior wall and footer.

Sealant

This photo was taken after the dirt was filled back in and you can see some of the sealant. Later we added landscape to cover the area and add curb appeal.
